A little about me and us.....

Hello, my name is Allan Barbe Jr. I'm proud to say I'm the owner, sole proprietor, and operator of A2 Quality Home Improvement. It keeps me very busy working in the field daily with my crew while running the rest of the business. On top of which I'm a single full time father of two. Thus, I find I spend most my time in the evenings doing paperwork in front of the television after my business and family responsibilities have slowed. LOL.

I created A2 Quality Home Improvement in November of 2011 with the intent to provide clients not only with skilled craftsman for their project needs, but also to bring back that blatant, "good 'old handshake" type of transparent honesty that has long been amiss in this modern era we share.

Since then that ideal has proven to be the cement which binds us and makes us grow.

Our Mission is simple yet profound. We offer:

It can be a daunting process to find an honest, competent, and reliable contractor these days. It seems like there are so many persons out there now who just through a tool box in the back of their truck and call themselves a contractor. Unfortunately we've had way to many projects which focused on repairing mistakes made by such.

Are mission stands even more true today as it did with our first client. We will do everything we can to meet and hopefully exceed your expectations. With a variety of services to choose from, we can handle just about any remodeling or construction project you have in mind.

The person you speak to on the phone or meets you to gather the information needed to provide you with a Free* consultation is also the person doing the work. No salesmen, No worries about being sold something and hoping the crew that shows up can actually do the job. I will always be there myself, with trained professionals, and deliver what we promised. Furthermore I will do everything I can to keep the project on time and within budget.

A2 Quality Home Improvement is a member of the Waynesville Area Chamber of Commerce. We are accredited by the Better Business Bureau & have earned an A+ Rating for our efforts. Operations are conducted under an OSHA approved safety program. In addition, I have been background screened and approved by AngiesList.com Porch.com and HomeAdvisor.com who also rates A2 Quality Home Improvement a 4.83 out of 5. HomeAdvisor.com has also awarded A2 Quality Home Improvement the "Top Ranked Contractor" award.

We possess an Ohio Bureau of Workers Compensation Certificate, and carry a Million Dollar General Liability and Medical Insurance policy through State Farm. .

First and foremost common sense. Combined with a keen eye for detail, problem solving, and good communication skills are what I believe to be my greatest strengths. I always go the extra mile with our clients. If its something small that I notice needs done that is within our means to take care of while doing a project, and doesn't put us past the contracted time frame we based our labor on.... then I typically just take care of it no charge. I want every client to like us, tell their friends and co-workers about us, be happy with the service we provide, and tell everyone they know about us, lol. More-over I feel a true sense of pride and accomplishment with the work I do. Hence why I do it. I love the every changing atmosphere. I want all our clients to happily refer us to the people they know and post great reviews about our company, the work we do and the manner in which it was conducted. That being said, the point is, I'm bluntly honest, and about as transparent as you can get. There is nothing to hide. You have a question, ask. Want to see what everything costs.... No problem, I typically always itemize my proposals for just that reason. I would want it done that way too. I'm very good at what I do, and really enjoy it. The most important thing I can say to any prospective client is the I will say what I do, and do what I say, period. I'll do everything I can to make sure every client is completely satisfied with the work my company and my crew provides. Sometime unfortunately its simply not possible, but I will most certainly do everything I can to make it so. Anything less is simply not acceptable in my book.
